Whether a booking is made online or over the phone (subject to support team’s approval),      a confirmation would be sent to you via e-mail or message, which would include your reservation number/booking reference number  and the travel details.


A: Yes. You need to register to use our service fully .Nothing big… You just need to provide your details at the time of booking.


A: In case the vehicle you booked doesn't show up, we will try our best to arrange the required alternate vehicle otherwise we will offer you a full refund.


A: We try our best to ensure our partners reach our customers on time. But in case of delays, do call us and we will help you out by either providing an alternate vehicle or giving you a full refund.



A: No. You cannot Change/Edit the booking once the booking gets confirmed & the payment is made.  You have option in my account to cancel your current booking & you need to follow the cancellation policy. Although you can make fresh booking.

 


A: Yes definitely! You need to mention the card holder details for the card payment. Please note that Website Portal/ Mobile Application is providing an option to enter traveller’s name for the booking of the Vehicle.

 


A: We are currently offering our mentioned services in Mumbai as our Source City.


A: Intercity car/bus rental fares constitute of various components which’s main components are as follows:



1. Per KM Rate: This is the base rate/fare which will be charged on every K.M. travelled. The rate varies with car/bus models. You can check the Fare Details for full fare description given on the listing page of the selected service/tour plan.



2. Minimum KM charged per day: There is a minimum distance which will be charged for every day of usage. In case the actual travelled distance is higher, the later will be charged.  Minimum distance K.M. charged per day is already mentioned in the fare details for full fare description given on the listing page of the selected service/tour plan.



For eg. In Mumbai, minimum average K.M. per day is 300 KM per day is for bus and 250 km per day for car. Please consider the following example for more clarity considering 250km is minimum distance to be charged per day for car: If you are using the car for 3 days the minimum we will charge you is 3*250=750 Km & in case your actual usage for three days (combined) is lesser (say 500 Km) but we will still charge you for 750 Km and in case your usage is higher than 750km, we will charge you for your actual KM used.



3. Daily Driver allowances: For intercity travel customers need to pay driver allowances. The allowance amount varies with car/bus models. Driver of the vehicle might also have separate day and night allowances/charges for late night/mid night driving. Driver of the vehicle might ask for driver allowance for local duty/Airport or Railway local transfers in case of late night/mid night driving or night halt.



4. Toll charges, parking charges, state entry taxes/charges , Police entry fees/charges, etc. These will be charged on actual at the end of the journey. Basically it’s in customer’s scope. You need to settle this with the driver in return for the relevant receipts. You can always call us at our helpline in case of any discrepancy.



In case of Bus per day permit charges as mentioned in fare details will be applicable before service tax & no actual charges will be taken during the journey regarding permit charges as it’s already include in the fare details. 



5. Definition of a day: Day is defined as 12 midnight to next day 12 midnight for all the calculation purposes.



A: Local car rental fares constitute of various components/packages as below:



1. Base fare: This is base rate which will be charged. The base fares are generally available as 4 hour 40 KM and 8 hour 80 KM packages or as mentioned in the website portal/mobile application.



2. Additional KM charges: In case the actual travel is more than the KM mentioned in the base package, additional amount per additional KM need to be paid.



3. Additional hour charges: In case the actual hours are more than the usage hour mentioned in the base package, additional amount per additional hour need to paid.



4. Toll; parking charges, government taxes/charges extra: These will be charged on actual at the end of the journey. You need to settle this with the driver in return for the relevant receipts. You can always call us at our helpline in case of any discrepancy.

1) Local City Trip - 8Hrs/80Kms or 4hrs/40kms (or As per website portal/mobile application)



2) Airport/ Railway Local Transfer - 4Hrs/40Kms (or As per website portal/mobile application)



3) Outstation Trip - One day means Calendar day (From Midnight 12 to Midnight 12 )



1) As mentioned on the webportal/mobile application, Local rental charges will be calculated on Hourly basis / Kms Run, The charges will be applicable for 8Hrs. / 80 Kms. Or 4hrs./40kms (or As per website portal/mobile application), after that extra K.M. & Extra Hrs. charges will be applicable as mentioned in the  website portal/mobile application.



2) Likewise Local Transfer allows travel upto 4 Hrs / 40 Kms. (or As per website portal/mobile application), Transfers to and from Airport / Railway Station / Bus Stand / Residence / Hotels / Factory is considered local transfers and can be executed under local transfer plan , after that extra K.M. & Extra Hrs. charges will be applicable as mentioned in the  website portal/mobile application.



3) For outstation travel one calendar day will be calculated from 00:00 Hrs. Midnight to 2400 Hrs midnight .For additional run an additional days charge per day +additional Kms. Run per day as logged will be charged extra. All other charges as toll fees, border entry permit fees, drivers allowance and night halting charges for the vehicle will be charged extra. 



A: Generally allowed but it is totally depends on the driver/vehicle partner, therefore we would suggest you to get in touch with us before booking through our helpline number for the same.
